Ruben “Dario” Ramirez
This is a celebration of art, expression, and the vibrant spirit of Uptown, brought to life through a collaboration with Moleskine and NYC Salt to celebrate creativity.
Ruben "Dario" Ramirez was a part of NYC Salt's first cohort of students in 2005 in Washinton Heights. He went beyond photography and became an illustrator. He’s worked with brands like P&G, Converse, Snipes, and Democracy Now. He has illustrated books for Harper Collins, and authors like Isabel Allende.
His pieces have been featured in the Manhattan Times, and the Bronx Press- as well as exhibited in The African Museum, and The Bronx Council of The Arts.
